Health & Welfare

Medical and Prescription benefits  A choice of a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) or a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) plan along with prescription coverages offering a full range of generic and brand drugs or a mail order only option are avaiable .

Dental benefits  Two dental care coverage options are available on a pre-tax basis. The Enhanced Plan offers a broad range of preventative and major restorative benefits.  The Preventative Plan offers benefits for preventative services as well as basic treatment such as fillings.

Vision benefits  Vision care services include eye examinations, glasses or contacts, and Lasik discounts. 

Reimbursement accounts  Springleaf offers a both pre-tax Health Care Reimbursement Account or Healthcare Spending Account and Dependent Care Reimbursement Account during our annual benefit enrollment.

Springleaf Finance incentive savings plan 401(k)  With Springleaf's incentive savings plan (401(k)), you can save from 1% to 50% of pay on a pre-tax basis.  Springleaf will match up to 4% of your contribution at 100%.  Additionally, Springleaf's 401(k) Savings plan includes a profit sharing opportunity.

Time off  Company paid holidays and discretionary days are available as well a vacation time.  Full-time employees earn vacation based upon date of hire.

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability programs   Springleaf provides basic coverage for full-time employees.  Employees have the option to purchase additional coverage under the long-term disability plan.

Life Insurance  Springleaf provides each employee with a basic level of life insurance.   Employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their eligible dependents.

Additional Insurance coverage is also available to employees for business travel or employees can purchase accident insurance.
